Managed transition from Blackboard Vista to Moodle LMS and implementation of video services for faculty and student presentations and remote proctoring. Served as Moodle administrator. Supervise course development and production teams, including one full-time employee, faculty members, and multiple instructional design and Web production contractors.

Worked with faculty and administrators on integration of distance education strategies for students at extension campus. Consulted with faculty on design of discussion board assignments, development of online quizzes, and successful use of Blackboard, Questionmark, and TurningPoint ResponseWare. Developed and lead faculty training on emerging technologies with a focus on synchronous communication tools, Web-based collaboration, Blackboard, PowerPoint, and presentation skills. Worked with faculty to design, develop, and implement scripted, text-based virtual patients using Questionmark, Blackboard, and Captivate.

Worked with faculty across disciplines to design, develop, and produce print and online courses in a variety of disciplines for undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education students. Managed LCMS transition and supervised the work of other designers and production staff.

Assisted development team with coordinating formative reviews, completing competitive analyses, scheduling new media and print production, and copyediting and proofreading content.

Clients included White Wolf Games Studios, UPS Worldwide, and The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
